Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please contact us before returning any products to receive a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Note: As a dropshipping business, some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Return addresses and instructions will be provided accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If the item is not in its original condition or is returned outside the 30-day window, only partial refunds may be granted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
Contact your bank – processing time may vary

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
